A little bit of history

OK, OK, I know this has been around for a while, but it's still one of my favorites: 1up.com's Essential 50. Everybody who games should read this and get a good foundation in the history of their hobby. And while I may not agree that all of the games on the list are absolutely essential, I think they do a great job of presenting the stories behind the games and showing how they influenced the ones we currently play.
